Miguel Montanez

Originally from Lima, Peru, he moved to New Zealand and believes it has been his best decision yet (I mean, who wouldn’t love NZ, right!). Miguel’s recruitment career started over 5 years ago, after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Organisational Psychology. Since then, he has gained experience working in different industries, such as Engineering, Franchise, Telecommunications & IT.

Now at Consult in the IT & Digital team, Miguel’s purpose as a recruiter is to build excellent and lasting relationships with every candidate he meets, helping them discover new opportunities, and reach their potential. He’s one of the good guys!

Life outside recruitment is jam-packed for Miguel. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the beach, cooking up a storm, playing tennis and watching a good game of soccer.
