Mag Shi

Mag grew up in beautiful Fiji and made the move to Aotearoa in 2012. Since childhood, she’s had a deep love for design and storytelling, and now brings that same passion into her work every day. Whether she’s crafting a brand visual, developing creative content, or working on her next passion project, Mag always considers how things look and how they make people feel.

With an eye for detail and a heart for connection, Mag helps shape the way Consult shows up in the world. She’s endlessly curious, always creating, and constantly reimagining the spaces around her (if you’ve ever re-arranged your room five times in a week, she’ll understand).

Outside of work, it’s the simple joys that fuel her: a great cup of coffee, a home-cooked meal, family time, or daydreaming about her next travel destination. She’s always seeking inspiration—whether through travel, thoughtful design, or the quiet magic of everyday moments. We’re lucky to have her on our team!
