Lucy Micklefield-Smith
Lucy is originally from North Yorkshire, UK, and joined Consult in March 2020, bringing with her four years of temporary and permanent recruitment experience. Back in the UK, she recruited high-volume contractors for prestigious outdoor events, before making the leap into accounting and finance recruitment in NZ.
Outside of the office, she can be found sipping a glass of pinot noir or spending time with her puppy (her fiancé has accepted he is now second best).
A fun fact about Lucy is that she loves curry so much that when she got a dog, she named her Bhuna – a classic Indian dish for those non-curry lovers out there! Baking is also her favourite hobby and she treated the team to some classic English scones with cream and jam on her first day!
Lucy now works within our Accounting & Finance team, recruiting all levels of roles, from grads through to senior leadership.
