Jordan Gibson

Originally from the UK, Jordan has spent the past seven years in sunny (read: windy) Wellington, where he found his passion for recruitment. He kicked off his career in the construction and engineering sector, specialising in temp placements. After five years of managing last-minute no-shows and some truly imaginative excuses, he decided to hang up the high-vis and boots in favour of the fast-paced world of IT recruitment.

Despite the occasional mispronunciation of tech jargon, Jordan quickly proved himself in the tech space, making great connections between top talent and the right roles. Now, he’s joined Consult as our first Wellington-based IT recruiter, specialising in both contract and permanent technical positions.
