Originally from Scotland, John’s student & professional journey has taken him around the world, from Budapest to Dublin and now to our shores here in Auckland. During his time in Dublin is where John cut his teeth in recruitment, working as an in-house recruiter. The exciting part about this role was that he recruited these positions in various languages such as Dutch, German, Spanish, and more – so to say he’s multi-talented is an understatement!!

March 2024 marked John’s big leap to New Zealand, and we’re extremely lucky to have him. He’s slotted right into our Professional Services sector, where his day-to-day is a whirlwind of meeting new people, learning their stories, and not just filling roles but making genuine connections.

When he’s not matching candidates to their dream jobs, John is all about sports and adventure. Catching a football match at 2AM Auckland time? No problem. Exploring the outdoors? Absolutely! Plus, he’s also dipped his toes into our local sports, cheering on the Blues and planning his first Warriors game (you just can’t fault him!).
