Throughout his career, David has worked across a range of industries making his experience extremely diverse. Working in SMEs, large corporates and having founded his own company, David has generally worked in growth/transformation-orientated businesses, leading both small and large teams. He loves ambitious people with a desire to learn and progress.

For David, life is all about the people you share it with. What you can learn from them and what you can share with them. And because we all devote so much of our lives to working, we should enjoy where we work and who we work with. This is why he believes in the power of recruitment, where the magic is made through connecting the right person with the right opportunity, not just the first opportunity.

Now the Chief Executive Officer at Consult, David’s focus is on growing and optimising the business across recruitment, partnerships and community connections whilst building and developing an exceptional team.

In his spare time, David loves travelling with his wife, Sam and three children. He also enjoys sports and is involved in playing, watching and coaching across a range of different sports.
