About the role:
  
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives, beginning with new product and platform rollouts to enable an innovation team to deliver market leading product innovations in the financial sector. Think physical partnership networks and value add products that are futuristic in market.
  
This is a pivotal role with significant growth opportunities, facilitating change, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering results at speed. 
  
Key skills and experience: 

• Strong experience with enterprise technology platforms and products (ServiceNow a plus).
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement – the ability to rebuild faith in tech solutions at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to facilitate alignment and drive large-scale transformation projects.
• Delivery-focused leadership – a hands-on approach to execution, solving problems, and driving tangible results.
• Business analysis capabilities with a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-change environments, where rapid execution and adaptation are essential.
