This 6-month initial contract role focuses on designing robust solutions aligned with open banking frameworks and advanced identity and authorization protocols. Based in Wellington or Auckland, you will play a pivotal role in driving secure and scalable architecture that meets evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solution architectures with a focus on open banking compliance.
• Develop secure identity and authorization frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration of new technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for architectural decisions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Expertise in open banking standards and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and authorization technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and API management platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presentations.
