About the Role
This role focuses on developing a cutting-edge Portfolio Management Platform within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will play a crucial part in building solutions that will eventually reach external clients while mentoring a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a Portfolio Management Platform using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI integrations).
• Provide mentorship to team members, including AI Specialists and UX Designers, driving technical excellence.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to build scalable solutions that serve as a foundation for client-facing projects.
• Serve as a technical visionary, identifying growth and innovation opportunities.
• Contribute to product development with a client-focused mindset.

Key Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Proven track record of delivering client-facing solutions with a growth-oriented perspective.
• Strong ability to mentor and technically guide a diverse team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a broad technical vision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and flexible working environment.
