Our client is a well-established organisation committed to excellence in data-driven decision-making. About the Role:

This role is central to providing high-level strategic reports and insights to the executive team. You’ll research complex datasets, interpret policy cancellation trends, and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale and also smaller projects. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work autonomously on multiple deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyse data to prepare strategic packs for senior executives.
• Deliver high-quality reporting, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather, qualify, and refine requirements.
• Work with project teams to execute large, complex initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent small projects with a pragmatic, results-focused approach.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis, reporting, or strategic insights.
• Strong data research and analytical skills with an ability to identify trends.
• Ability to define and set deliverables in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with project teams on large and small-scale initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus alongside Python and SQL. 
• Industry experience within insurance or a similar environment is highly desirable.
