A little bit about the role:

Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you'll work closely with another Sales & Marketing Consultant. Your focus will be on building your own portfolio of clients while leveraging Consult’s established client base across other divisions and developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your work, driving business development while running the end-to-end recruitment process. Success in this role will largely come from your initiative and ability to grow our presence in the Sales & Marketing space.

So, who are you?

You’re an experienced recruiter (ideally 5 years) who is ready to level up your career. You’ve been successful so far, but you know you’re capable of more. Ambitious, driven, and a natural connector, you have a knack for building relationships and delivering on promises. Ideally, you have experience in the Sales & Marketing space, but your passion for recruitment and drive to succeed are what really matter. No egos here – just a team player who’s ready to make a lasting impact.
