A little bit about the role:

You’ll be working alongside an established and experienced team of specialists tapping into our networks in the Accounting & Finance space. Your role will focus on what really matters – building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. Our team here is really strong both in results but also in teamwork - you’ll enjoy working in a team which is friendly and fun while also high performing!

Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you'll have access to an established client base and work closely with our incredible talent acquisition team – and we're also keen for you to bring your own flair and help us build new relationships.

So who are you and what is your profile?

An experienced recruiter – ideally, you’ve got 5 years under your belt and are ready to level up your career.
You’ve been successful, but you know you’re capable of more – you’re motivated to take that next big step.
You’re ambitious, driven, and high-energy, with a sharp mind and a knack for building strong relationships.
Promises mean everything to you – you’d rather stick pins in your eyes than let a client or candidate down.
A natural connector – you love working with people, helping them grow their careers, and contributing to big-picture business goals.
Team player to the core – no drama queens or egos here (seriously, we have it written on our office wall).
Ideally, you have experience in the Accounting & Finance space, but if not, your passion for recruitment and a strong desire to be one of the best will do just fine!
