About the Role:
This senior contract role supports a portfolio of critical business transformations. You’ll be a hands-on, delivery-focused Change Manager, ensuring adoption across areas including technology upgrades, HR, health and safety, etc —all with immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end change strategies across multiple concurrent projects
- Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships with confidence and clarity
- Develop and deliver effective change communications, training, and support plans
- Assess change impacts and track adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate across project teams to ensure integrated change delivery
- 5 years in senior change management roles, with a focus on business and digital transformation
- Relevant change qualifications preferred (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute)
- Strong experience influencing senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to work at pace and deliver in dynamic project environments
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Auckland-based and available for immediate start
