About the Role
This role focuses on delivering strategic impact as part of their new Programme. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in business process and requirements analysis to streamline and enhance claims operations. This is a 6-month contract starting in February, offering an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business processes and requirements.
- Support the programme in aligning business objectives with operational strategies.
- Lead workshops to gather and refine functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to enhance claims operations.
- Extensive experience in business process and requirements analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong ability to elicit, document, and communicate technical and non-technical requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale or complex programmes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
