Scrum Master Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly capable Delivery-focused Scrum Master to support the next phase of a Separation Programme. The initial system cutover is complete, and now the focus is on driving efficient delivery and execution. This role leans more towards a Delivery Lead function, requiring requiring someone with exceptional Jira expertise and a keen ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of Phase Two of the Separation Programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilise Jira extensively to manage backlogs, track progress, and streamline delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Promote Agile best practices while maintaining a pragmatic approach to delivery-focused execution.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a complex programme environment.
• Insurance, banking of financial services industry experience preferred
• Strong expertise in Jira, including workflow optimisation, reporting, and backlog management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical transformations.
• Experience in large-scale system migrations, separations, or cutovers is highly desirable.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivery and execution.
