About the Role:
In this role, you will bridge communication between software engineering and R&D teams, ensuring robust quality assurance practices. You will be key in improving paper-based processes, utilising analytical insights, and driving strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between QA and development teams.
- Oversee and refine paper-based quality assurance processes.
- Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
- Provide analytical insights to enhance quality processes.
- Present clear timelines and deadlines for quality initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to think analytically and initiate tasks independently.
- Experience in delegating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of humour and social awareness to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
