About the Role:
This role provides first-line risk support and advice for change initiatives, helping teams identify and manage delivery risks. You’ll play a key role in improving governance, ensuring compliance with risk frameworks, and uplifting capability across risk functions. Working closely with project teams, you will enhance risk awareness and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project risk advice and support, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks.
- Design and manage risk-related procedural documentation.
- Deliver training and coaching to project teams on risk and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with risk advisory teams to improve risk assessment capabilities.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or project management.
- Experience in general insurance or a regulated industry (5 years preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Ability to analyse risk data and present insights effectively.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance risk awareness.
