About the Role:
This 3-month contract offers an immediate start for a skilled Project Administrator who will play a pivotal role in programme governance and documentation directly supports senior stakeholders and SteerCo activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and document SteerCo meetings, ensuring timely and accurate minute-taking.
- Prepare and update project documentation packs for executive review.
- Maintain structured digital records using SharePoint and Confluence.
- Support project governance and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support programme execution.
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination roles.
- Exceptional organisational and documentation skills, including minute-taking.
- Strong familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence for managing and navigating project documents.
- Ability to work independently and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining information accuracy.
- Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
- Availability for immediate start and a proactive, can-do attitude.
