About the Role:

As the Programme Manager, you will lead the ERP modernisation programme to upgrade or replace the current SAP ECC6 platform with SAP S/4 Hana Rise. This pivotal position will oversee all aspects of delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, enhancing user experiences, and improving organisational productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership, presenting confidently to executives and board members to build trust and maintain confidence in programme delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end upgrade process from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4 Hana, utilising SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage complex data migrations and mitigate risks to ensure minimal disruption.
• Oversee vendor negotiations and manage multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring alignment with programme goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to engage stakeholders and facilitate seamless adoption of the new system.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4 Hana implementations, including multi-module deployments (e.g., Finance, Materials Management).
• Exceptional commercial acumen, with a track record of managing budgets exceeding $30M and negotiating high-value contracts.
• Strong technical understanding of ERP integrations and cloud/on-premise architecture.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication, with the ability to align diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
• High emotional intelligence to lead, motivate, and maintain momentum across teams and vendors.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, training programme development, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and performance reporting to senior leadership.
