Brilliant HR generalist and people centric opportunity with a leading accountancy firm seeking an energetic People & Culture Manager. 

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference, work closely with senior leadership and spearhead best HR practices to make a genuine impact to the business.

You will be managing the HR functions for the business. Partnering with senior leaders across the business you’ll help promote practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment and involvement and ongoing development of a superior team.

More broadly, this will involve:  

• Providing strategic and operational advice to managers and supporting the business growth from an HR perspective, with a generalist focus on employee engagement and best practices
• You'll be a relationship builder who can easily build rapport with a broad range of different people and levels within the business
• End to end Generalist focus (ER/IR, L&OD, Comp & Ben, Talent Acquisition)
• Fostering an inclusive and engaged culture, ensuring key metrics improve over time
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines

So, Who Are You?
   
You’ll be a generalist HR Advisor or Talent Partner with a couple of years under your belt and ideally, have experience within professional services or business at a group level. You will have the energy and ambition to make a difference. You’ll have generalist HR experience with an understanding of New Zealand HR frameworks. 
   
Personality-wise, you’ll be someone who can adapt to different cultures and environments, but what is key is your resilience, tenacity, enthusiasm and confidence. You’ll be a relationship builder and someone who is positively focused on making the HR function a crucial value-added part of the organisation.
