Some More Information About The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager in a team of 3, working closely with the People & Culture team and wider business.
Key duties include:
- Process and maintain fortnightly payment runs for 1500 employees across New Zealand
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service when managing queries
- Accurate setup of new employees in the payroll system within agreed timeframes
- Undertake changes in the pay system with PayGlobal including tax upgrades
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and record keeping are maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance maintained with all legal requirements relating to Wage/Salary/Holiday payments
- Assist the Senior Payroll Lead with other payroll projects as necessary.

You will have experience processing end-to-end NZ payroll, with knowledge and understanding of NZ payroll legislation. You must possess confidence in manipulating large volumes of data. It is essential that you have experience using PayGlobal.
