About The Role
This role is critical for managing accounts receivable and ensuring effective debt management. You will contribute to the financial health of the organisation by maintaining accurate records and developing positive relationships with stakeholders.
*This is a part-time, 8 week contract position with the potential to be extended. The role will be working closely with one other credit control team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contact with debtors
- Deal with phone enquiries
- Send reminder letters
- Assist the permanent credit controller with tasks as required
- Collaborate with various departments on debt control matters
- Any other tasks as requested by your Manager
- Proven experience in credit control and debt management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Technology One and Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
