This is an ASAP start, 3-month contract role. Based in Avondale and Albany this is a full-time, office-based role.
You will be dealing with a varied role within a challenging and rewarding environment. Being able to hit the ground running is essential and some of your core duties will include:
- Fleet management of 70 vehicles
- GPS Tracking
- Regos
- Timesheets
- Answering calls and emails
- Directing calls to the relevant person
- Administrative tasks
- General office duties
- Ad-hoc duties
You will be an experienced Office Manager who is confident and positive. You will have exceptional attention to detail, time management and will ideally have used SimPro previously.
