About the Role:
As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you will drive the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. You’ll play a key role in leading a team, defining technical direction, and mentoring engineers while ensuring best practices in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-quality, maintainable front-end solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Oversee the front-end development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure for seamless delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in front-end development.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 10 years in software engineering with expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end architecture, component libraries, and design systems.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
