A little bit about the role:

This is a newly created leadership role, where you’ll be responsible for managing and leading our well-established and high-performing team of IT & Digital recruitment specialists, including Talent Acquisitions, Consultants and Senior Consultants. 

Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with our Recruitment Manager, helping us strengthen existing & new relationships while exploring new opportunities within the market.

So, who are you, and what is your profile

You’re an experienced Team Leader - You’ve been a billing Consultant in the past, you know how our industry works and how to drive the business forward. You have had experience managing and leading recruitment or sales teams and are more motivated by leadership than by being a ‘big biller’.
You’re looking for a role with good balance on leading vs business development - this is a cool role because it is not a team leader who has to bill role - it is a leadership and business development role.  As such you’ll be great at leading a team, as well as building and maintaining solid relationships.
You’re ambitious, driven, and high-energy, with a sharp mind and a knack for building strong relationships.
You love leading teams to success - you’re motivated by creating a great environment where everyone can thrive, learn from each other and celebrate in the team success.  You’re growth minded and a natural coach and motivator.
Promises mean everything to you – you’ll treat the business like it's your own and help set the team up for long-term success.
A natural connector – you love working with people, helping them grow their careers, and contributing to big-picture business goals.

Ideally, you’ve experience in the IT & Digital space, but if not, you're an exceptional leader in recruitment excellence and you’re a keen learner!
You own your work – you take accountability for your own workload and team outcomes.
