Interim Human Resources Manager

Embark on an exciting journey as an Interim HR Manager with a dynamic consumer goods and retail company which is embarking on a new business venture. This is a great interim role to make a lasting impact and help shape the future this growing organisation.
 
As an Interim HR Manager, you'll be the driving force behind establishing robust HR practices, ensuring a smooth and successful start-up phase.  You'll be busy ensuring that talent acquisition is managed effectively and from an HR perspective, that the business is set up well for success.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on new business setup and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative international team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications or designations (e.g., HRBP, SHRM-CP)
• Familiarity with the consumer goods and retail industry is an absolute advantage.
