The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Engineering to lead this dedicated and talented engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for people and technology.
In this role, you will drive the technical strategy, oversee the development and maintenance of the platform, and ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability. Your leadership will be key in fostering innovation, aligning engineering efforts with business goals, and nurturing a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Define and implement the engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and long-term vision.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
- Champion best practices in software development, including robust code reviews, testing protocols, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work closely with product management, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget constraints.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimizing team productivity and overall efficiency.
- Proven experience as a senior engineering leader
- Strong technical expertise with a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products.
- Passionate leadership and people management skills, with experience building and motivating teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical efforts with broader business goals.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and driving positive change.
- Cloud software experience a must have
