About the Role:

This is a pivotal role during a critical period of change. You'll drive financial transformation, support a high-stakes budgeting process, and help embed a new reporting system. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FY26 budget cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support the successful implementation of Workday Adaptive as a financial planning tool.
• Collaborate across departments to improve forecasting and reporting processes.
• Enhance month-end reporting accuracy through automation and system improvements.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to streamline systems and financial workflows.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• You will be a fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or ACA/equivalent)
• Confident working in a fast-moving FMCG setting with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong technical skills—Excel, Workday Adaptive (ideal), or similar tools.
• Systems-savvy with a curiosity to understand and optimise processes.
• Able to hit the ground running and learn quickly in a project environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities.
• Proactive communicator with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Available to start at short notice or immediately.
