As a Finance Lead within the FP&P squad, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that drives meaningful data and insights to support commercial decisions and long-term value creation.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to pivot to where your capability can make the biggest impact. You'll take ownership of key finance functions such as external audit, financial performance reporting, compliance, and systems optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly P&L, balance sheets, cashflow reports, and performance metrics.
- Managing audit processes
- Forecasting and financial insights
- Supporting internal controls, tax compliance, and contract reviews.
- Improve systems and operating practices.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
You are an experienced finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to provide strategic financial leadership in a complex, fast-moving environment. You thrive on collaboration and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you bring:
- CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a large or complex organisation (Big 4 background is an advantageous).
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and statutory reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge decision-making.
- Experience leading financial teams and projects within a dynamic environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive process efficiencies and systems optimisation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
