About the Role
This is a key strategic finance role supporting New Zealand operations through business partnering, financial insight, and commercial analysis. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive performance and deliver clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and growth in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to provide commercial insights that inform business decisions and support strategic goals.
- Lead the monthly P&L production, analysis, and reporting for New Zealand, delivering timely financial insight to stakeholders.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on accuracy, insight, and collaboration with local and group stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting, including business intelligence tools and automation initiatives.
- Manage and track capex projects and reporting, ensuring alignment with group financial policies and effective project governance.
You are a commercially-minded finance professional with a degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline, and at least 3 years' experience in a similar business partner role. You bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for using data to drive business performance. You are naturally curious, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills make you a trusted partner to leadership teams. You have a track record of improving processes, enjoy change, and bring a mindset of continuous improvement.
