About the Role:
This is a rewarding leadership position responsible for overseeing financial and administrative functions. You will be in charge of managing month-end processes, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting day-to-day operations. The role is ideal for someone with experience in finance management who is seeking to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end financial close and reporting processes.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and support the administration function across the support office.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify system improvements and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

 Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a finance and administration management role working in a small boutique business
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a small team.
• Experience with financial systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
