About The Role
Working alongside another Accounts Payable team member you will contribute to the financial health of the organisation by maintaining accurate records and developing positive relationships with stakeholders.
*This is a 3-4month contract position. Approx. 3 days office based and 2 days work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Solve various complex queries from suppliers
- Support the wider finance team
- Raising purchase orders
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Minimum of 2 years end-to-end experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Technology One and Excel
- You quickly pick up and follow processes
- Someone with an eye for detail and the sense to question irregularities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- You have lots of AP experience in a large organisation that mandates Purchase orders
