With a mix of Retail, B2B, and logistics functions, they support a diverse customer base – from small operators to large commercial clients. It’s a complex and rewarding environment, and this temp assignment offers the chance to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team during a busy period.
This will be based at their Mt Roskill location with parking available on site.
Some More Information About The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support the finance team across key accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. It’s a great opportunity to jump in and work with a tight-knit & supportive team.
We’re open to the right person working part-time (20–25 hours per week) or full-time hours. There’s also flexibility around start and finish times.
Key duties include:
- Processing payroll
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
- Handling customer and supplier queries professionally and promptly
- Performing bank and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate data across systems (SAP/Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed
You have core technical skills across transactional accounting and a passion for providing high-quality customer service. You will be communicating with customers by phone and email (by nature their customers are very busy and excellent time management is essential). You will have intermediate-level Excel skills and preferably have used SAP and Salesforce previously.
