About the Role:
As the CloudOps Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CloudOps team and ensuring the seamless delivery of cloud services. This position will involve leading operational excellence, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across cloud-managed service products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all service level agreements and customer expectations are met for cloud-managed services.
- Mentor and guide a team of Cloud Engineers to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
- Innovate and improve processes, embedding agile methodologies within the team.
- Represent the company in client meetings and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Report on managed service performance and profitability.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management, with hands-on cloud experience.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing technical team.
- Proficiency in operational frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps, or SRE.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and internal teams.
- Formal certification in Agile or Cloud services (Azure preferred) is advantageous.
