About the Role:
This role is pivotal in supporting clients and partners through expert-level service delivery. It combines technical support, installations oversight, and hardware logistics to ensure seamless platform adoption and ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-line software support and resolve client issues within SLA targets.
  • Manage installations and support installers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee hardware logistics including order fulfilment and inventory balancing.
  • Continuously improve workflows, standardising and simplifying processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 2 years’ experience in operations or support within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven client relationship management skills with a focus on responsiveness.
  • Technically astute with a process-driven mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for professional development and helping others grow.
  • Calm under pressure and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to deliver consistent, reliable service in hybrid work conditions.
  • Experience with supply chain or installations logistics is a bonus.
