  • Managing health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
  • 3 months contract - Rate: $120 per hour GST
  • Focus on the people aspect of the change projects
About the Role:

We are seeking a Change Specialist for a 3-month contract to lead and manage various change projects with a focus on the people aspect, helping them adapt to new ways of working and building out common tools.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions, minimising disruption, and aligning change initiatives with the company’s broader strategic goals within the health, safety, and wellbeing functions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple change initiatives related to ways of working, ensuring effective execution and timely completion.
  • Design and implement change strategies that drive successful adoption across the organisation.
  • Work closely with different teams to coordinate transition efforts and foster engagement at all levels.
  • Develop and execute communication plans that clearly convey the purpose, impact, and progress of change initiatives.
  • Support and implement internal communications to facilitate stakeholder engagement and reinforce change adoption.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication and change strategies, providing insights and improvements where necessary.
  • Track and report on change adoption, identifying and addressing any challenges or resistance.
  • Support leaders and teams in embracing change through coaching and guidance.
  • Provide updates and insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business and project goals. 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, particularly in people, organisational, and ways-of-working projects.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a people-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in developing clear, effective communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in internal communications, including the development of reports and messaging to support organisational change.
  • Familiarity with managing digital transitions, process updates, and new ways of working through structured communication efforts.
  • Ability to translate complex changes into clear, accessible messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a large, global organisation is advantageos.
