About the Role:
We are seeking a Change Specialist for a 3-month contract, to lead and manage various change projects with a focus on the people aspect and helping them with new ways of working, and building out common tools.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing disruption, and aligning change initiatives with the company’s broader strategic goals within the health, safety and wellbeing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple people and ways of working change projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless transitions and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and report on change progress, addressing any issues or resistance encountered.
- Provide coaching and support to leadership and teams to enhance change adoption.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in change management, projects within ways of working, people and organisational change would be helpful.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
