About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and delivery-driven Change Manager to lead the implementation of a crisis communication framework and other key transformation initiatives. This role is vital in strengthening organisational resilience and improving patient-centric service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable, responsive crisis communications system across clinical and operational teams.
- Lead change initiatives focused on business continuity, communication alignment, and service efficiency.
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed new ways of working during periods of high impact.
- Apply structured change methodologies to support programme rollouts across multiple health-related functions.
- Measure and report on change adoption, engagement outcomes, and process improvement success metrics.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in dedicated Change Management roles with proven delivery impact.
- Healthcare, public service or regulated sector experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of crisis and incident communication frameworks or emergency response planning.
- Qualification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and lead from the front.
- Collaborative, empathetic and outcomes-focused with a hands-on approach.
