- Experience in asset management, infrastructure, networks, or large-scale data migration projects desirable.
- Ability to guide teams through process transformation with clarity and empathy.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities to drive organisational change.
