This role is crucial in driving change across two key workstreams within a large-scale inventory transformation project. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management strategies to support system and process adoption.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build trust and ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and implement clear, structured work instructions for new systems.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure buy-in.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proven experience in managing change in technical or data-intensive environments.
• Experience in asset management, infrastructure, networks, or large-scale data migration projects desirable. 
• Ability to guide teams through process transformation with clarity and empathy.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities to drive organisational change.
