About the Role:
This role is a 3 month contract and will handle the full accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will play a vital part in supporting the team and maintaining high standards of customer service in a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process debtor invoices and customer on-charges accurately and promptly.
- Issue monthly statements on time, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Assist with billing queries, maintaining excellent service.
- Manage outstanding accounts and ensure adherence to the company’s standards.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.
You bring a strong background in accounts receivable with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems. Your customer-focused approach helps you build excellent relationships, while your problem-solving skills ensure smooth resolution of financial queries. You’re detail-oriented and organised.
