Headquartered in East Tamaki, Auckland, this is a full-time, permanent position.
About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage the entire accounts payable process, including handling multi-currency transactions and supporting month-end procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume invoice processing across multiple currencies and match invoices to purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on month-end procedures and general ledger management.
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and supplier management, ensuring timely data setup.
- Continuously review and enhance accounts payable processes to promote scalability and efficiency.
This is an opportunity for someone with an enthusiasm for action, who is constantly striving to get things done to a high standard and will enjoy the challenges and change associated with a rapidly scaling technology business. The role is suited to someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills. Technical proficiency in financial software, such as NetSuite or MS Dynamics, alongside advanced Excel skills and experience with processing foreign currency transactions will be advantageous.
