Some More Information About The Role
Reporting to a supportive manager, your role will be dynamic within a challenging and rewarding environment. Confidence with communicating across various channels is incredibly important in this role. Being able to hit the ground running is essential and some of your core duties will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Code invoices to general ledger
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage debtors account
- High-volume data entry
- Research and resolve invoice issues
- Produce and support month-end preparation
- Ensure Accounts Payable Ledger is accurate and up-to-date
- Other ad-hoc duties
You are someone who is confident with tackling high volumes of data. You will have exceptional attention to detail, time management and will be a quick learner on accounting systems. Experience with processing foreign currency payments would be advantageous. You must also be proficient on Excel. Holding a minimum of 3 years in a similar role is essential.
This role requires someone to start immediately; applicants on notice periods will not be considered.
