About the Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. From account reconciliation to supporting Central Billing processes, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help maintain smooth transactions. Working within a collaborative team, you'll support stores, suppliers, and internal departments while contributing to the overall success of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process invoices and manage account reconciliations, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle Central Billing processes, including EDI transactions and error resolution.
  • Maintain strong communication with stores and suppliers, responding to queries promptly.
  • Assist with month-end close, data management, and direct debit processing.
  • Provide administrative and finance team support, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.
So who are you and what is your profile?
You have proven experience in Accounts Payable, account reconciliation and bring solid basic to intermediate Excel skills to the table. Clear communication both written and verbal. You approach challenges creatively, always thinking "outside the box" to find solutions. A friendly team player, you value collaboration but can also work independently when needed. Your strong time management, attention to detail, and proactive attitude ensure you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
