They have a nationwide footprint and run an extremely profitable business with a group of ambitious people who are keen to keep growing and become one of the main players in their sector.
  
Some more information about the role
  
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working in a tight-knit team, responsible for core finance tasks including:
  • Daily banking and allocation
  • Manage shared mailbox 
  • Entering supplier invoices
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Monthly journal uploads
  • Payment of staff claims and creditors via accounts payable and internet banking
  • Balance sheet and revenue reconciliations
  • Liaise with the internal team for payment and receipt queries
  • Assist with month-end reporting including bank account, credit card and balance sheet
  • Ad-hoc administration

So, who are you and what is your profile?
  
The role requires a high work ethic, attention to detail and the
ability to work to agreed deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management to meet agreed deadlines
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) - experience with Xero and eGlobal would be beneficial but not essential.
